A man who was shot multiple times and then died in Houston this week has been identified.
The shooting took place outside an apartment complex in southeast Houston early Thursday morning.
The shooting, which occurred at the Lakeshire apartments left a man with multiple gun shots throughout his body.
Police identified the man, Thursday afternoon, as 28-year-old Napoleon Washington.
Washington was rushed to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
No other injuries were reported.
According to investigators there are no suspects in the shooting and it is unknown what may have sparked the gunfire.
