A 22-year-old Waller County man sits in a jail cell suspected of murdering his parents and brother. According to reports, the man was not saying much on Wednesday as investigators continued diligent work on the case to determine a possible motive in the multiple shooting.
According to reports, authorities believe Trey Sesler opened fire on his parents, Lawton Ray and Rhonda Wyse Sesler, as well as his brother, 26-year-old Mark Alan Sesler at their home in Waller. Authorities believe it was some time around Monday afternoon that the crimes took place. All three bodies of the family were found around 1 p.m. Tuesday. Concerned extended family members called the parents and son to check on their well being. Authorities who describe the scene after the shooting a reported “war zone” have had Trey Sesler in questioning. Sesler had undergone questioning by Texas Rangers in the Montgomery County Jail Wednesday morning.
Additional reports indicate that the family members said the young man was known to post videos online about guns and cartoons. Detailed reports also indicate that Sesler also suffered from some mental illness. Sesler continues to remain behind bars with little to say.
