The finale challenge for the culinary creators features creating three courses in two hours. Ha’s challenger Marks displayed his creation of a butter-poached lobster with sweet corn grits, rack of lamb with curry spice and spring vegetables and bacon pecan pie.

Ha’s edible masterpiece was Thai Papaya and Crab Salad, braised pork belly with kale and a fried egg and coconut sorbet with a ginger tuile. Ha described her meal as a “symphony of flavors.” The ever brash and brazen Gordon Ramsay stood at the helm of the contest.
