A special prosecutor has been appointed to review the murder conviction of former Katy High School football star and coach David Temple.
Temple is accused of murdering his wife and now a special prosecutor will review whether the original prosecutor, Kelly Seigler, withheld information that could have cleared temple.
The defense says a neighbor of Temple’s admits to breaking into the home and firing gunshots on the day of the killing. Listen below to more information about this case:
