A league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter that the official referees will officiate the Thursday night game between the Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns.
Citing a league source, the NFL Network says the two sides agreed to a new developmental program, instead of adding 21 new officials to the current 121 NFLRA officials.
