Two brothers are accused of attacking their 74-year-old stepfather and violently beating him while he watched television.
According to South Houston police, Miguel and Martin Servantes were charged with injury to an elderly person.
Police say the elderly man was sitting in his rocking chair and watching TV on October 11 when his stepsons, who both appeared to be drunk, attacked him.
Both brothers hit their stepfather repeatedly in the head and face. The man’s nurse found him later that day and called police.
Arrest warrants were then issued for the brothers.
