Galveston police are looking for a man they say beat a woman unconscious last month at the intersection of 41st and Avenue T.
The victim, who suffered facial fractures, was taken to the Houston police department where she met with a sketch artist who drew a picture of the suspect. The composite sketch is being released as a “person of interest.”
