Jessica Tata’s sister took the stand today as her defense team spent the day calling character witnesses to speak on her behalf.
Already guilty of felony murder in the death of 16 month old Elias Castillo, Tata now awaits her punishment from the 12-person jury.
A total of four children lost their lives in the 20-11 daycare fire.
