Kids and dogs really are such a great pairing.  So often you’ll find a dog become very loving and protective of the little one in the household, and in turn will become best friends with its human counterpart.  And if you’ve not ever seen it in action, you’ll most definitely need to watch this little beauty I’ve got for you this morning on our Video of the Day.

While going a nature hike with his canine buddy Watson, young Arthur, found his attention pulled toward a puddle in the dirt path just calling his name.  So, he did what any toddler would do and made a few runs through nature’s little waterpark, but not before very carefully putting down Watson’s leash and giving him a look in the eye as if to say, “I’ll just be one moment, stay right here,” to which Watson gladly obliged.  After a few good runs, Arthur had his fill, so he picked up Watson’s leash and they continued on down the path they were headed.

It’s a simple and yet beautiful moment between boy and dog which really outlines the bond they have.  It’s happiness personified in our Video for the Day for your Monday.  I dare you not to smile at this.
