Harris County officers have charged a man with possession of child porn.
Michael Brandon Garza was caught and arrested on December 11 in his home with child pornography. Police say he was in the the act of viewing the material when they entered his home on Richmond Ave. in southwest Harris County. Garza has been charged with two felony counts of possessing child pornography.
He is in jail awaiting trial and his bond has been set at $20,000 dollars.
