A man is charged with capital murder in the deaths of his girlfriend and her daughter.
NEWS 92 FM’s John Brewer has more:
Houston Police officials say Curtis Adams shot Latasha Jones and her 13-year-old daughter in their townhome.
Adams then left the home with his 7-year-old son, who witnessed the murders, and went to a relative’s home in Missouri City.
Adams threatened a family member with a gun, and police officers were then called to the home.
Adams was taken into custody, and has been charged with capital murder, in addition to charges of indecency with a child.
