Police say a Baytown man exposed himself to a mom and her children.
Investigators say that on September 23rd, a woman and her five children were walking down Utah St., in Baytown when one of her sons saw Andres Carmona exposing himself in a parked car.
The woman says Carmona got out of the car and exposed himself to her and the kids from about 25 feet away. She quickly left the area and called police.
Baytown police tracked Carmona through his car license plate. Police believe he has done this several times in the area.
