A Houston man is arrested for indecency with a child, after two young girls say he exposed himself to them.
Court documents say the girls told family members that Sammy Vasquez, a family friend, exposed himself and masturbated in front of them last month.
Vasquez also tried to get the girls to watch pornographic movies on his cell phone.
This all happened while the victims and Vasquez were riding around on a golf cart looking at Christmas lights in the victims’ neighborhood.
