A local hospital was partially evacuated overnight when smoke began pouring out of the vents.
Fire officials say they believe an air handling unit was the source of the smoke that forced the evacuation of the emergency room at Northwest Medical Center on FM 1960 near Cali.
The Ponderosa Fire Department was dispatched to the scene, found the source, disabled the unit and used a large fan to clear the air.
