Southwest Airlines has made its name on no fees. But in recent years the airline has been adding fees. And the latest one has some passengers ticked off. ABC News’ Alex Stone has more:
For $40 paid at the gate, you can now cut in front of the line to board sooner, get a better seat, and have room for carry on bags.
“I think people are worried that this is possibly the slippery slope, where Southwest is the final person to start charging for some of these things,” Fare Compare’s Rick Seany said.
