A 17-year-old boy and a juvenile are arrested following the recent brutal attack of a teen with a disability in La Porte that was all caught on camera.
According to reports, Noel Bargas and the juvenile were arrested Friday for allegedly beating the boy at the Sylvan Beach Skate Park, then posting a video of it on the victim’s Facebook page.
Mike Tanner says his son has been in intensive care on life support for several weeks because of the attack. La Porte police are investigating an attack on another teen, also at that skate park.
