HUNTSVILLE - Officials at Sam Houston State University are investigating a threat made against the campus.
Huntsville police said someone called Huntsville Memorial Hospital about 2:40 p.m. on Friday and made a vague threat against the university.
Huntsville and university police said they were patrolling the campus and surrounding student housing.
According to reports, the campus was not put on lockdown as a result. Police are working to determine who made the threat.
