Pastors and police officers are joining forces to protect and support Houstonians.
PACA, the Police and Clergy Alliance, is a combination of different groups that provide support to victims and family members, helps with disaster relief and mentor at-risk children.
Houston police Chief Charles McClelland is taking questions and comments from the public while outlining his goals and objectives. News 92 FM’s Danny Mata was there. Here the full speech here:
