Beyonce and Jay-Z have taken another step toward trademarking their daughter’s name, Blue Ivy Carter.
The Patent and Trademark Office has posted a notice saying no one has opposed their application.
The next step is for the couple to prove that they’re using the trademark for things like skin cream, music, key chains, eyeglasses and strollers, among other things. They have three years to do that.
