We’ve all been there: You take a bathroom break only to find the toilet completely clogged with  paper. Lanny Griffith says a school  in Pennsylvania may have a remedy to stop this foolishness.

An eastern Pennsylvania high school says vandalism forced it to create a policy in which  a spool of toilet paper has to be checked out and then the spool has to be returned to the office and  checked back in.

Faculty at  Mahanoy Area High School got fed up with the prank.

Principal Thomas Smith says this has  helped solve a major problem of intentionally clogging toilets that’s been going on for two years.  By monitoring the amount of paper the boys use in the bathroom, he hopes to flush out the culprit.
