The North Forest school board votes to begin what it calls “strategic” partnership talks with Texas A&M.
It was close to two years ago that the Texas Education Agency ordered the district to shut down, and district attorney Chris Tritico says Monday night’s board vote allows the district to continue building on improvements it’s made to keep the doors open.
