Here at the Texas State Cemetery, in East-Central Austin, the only noise outside the main gate on Comal St., was the flapping of dozens of United States flags. Becky Whiting was among the crowd.
“My first thought was to Chris Kyle’s widow,” Whiting said.
The 38-year-old Kyle was a Navy SEAL, one of the best snipers in U.S. military history and was killed February 2nd, allegedly by an Iraq War veteran at a shooting range near Dallas.
