Two teenagers could be spending some time behind bars. The boys have been charged with breaking into the Sugar Land police chief‘s home.

Sugar land police say Conner Hinton and Taylor Nuttal, both 17, are charged with burglary.

Officers responded to the burglar alarm on Holly Glade last Friday.

The home belongs to Sugar Land Police Chief Doug Brinkley.

The back door was forced open and several boards were missing from a fence that backs up to the greenbelt.

Nothing inside Chief Brinkley’s house appeared to be missing, so the suspects may have been scared away by the alarm.
