A Houston man, accused of taking more than $9 million from his company and fleeing, could soon be out on bond. Paul Doyle, attorney for Anthony Chiofalo, says the Harris County Court granted $150,000 bond today.
Doyle says Chiofalo doesn’t personally have the money, but will rely on family members to assist him in posting bond.
Authorities say Chiofalo set up phony corporations and embezzled $9 million from Tadano America.
