Carnival Cruise Lines is facing the first lawsuit from passengers who spent five days without power on a ship in the Gulf of Mexico.
Houston resident Lisa Williams is seeking $75,000 for bodily injury. In an exclusive interview, Williams told ABC News she became dehydrated on the ship and spent the weekend in and out of urgent care centers.
“My only concern is that this doesn’t occur ever gain so that they never have another ship that has a similar experience,” Williams said.
