A Louisiana man says his ex-girlfriend stole his sperm. Layne Hardin, 44, is suing Houston OB/GYN and Texas Andrology services after attorney David Bernsen says ex-girlfriend Toby Devall somehow “bluffed” her way into obtaining two vials of his sperm. It is alleged that she then inseminated herself and later gave birth to his child.
Hardin was proved to be the biological father of the boy who is now two years old.
Louisiana state law requires Hardin to pay up to $1000 dollars in child support.
He is seeking damages, and hopes this case will create laws to prevent this from ever happening again.
