With marijuana being legalized in Washington state and Colorado, plenty of people are thinking about how to make a pot of gold with pot.
Seattle lawyer Hilary Bricken says she’s been contacted about everything from marijuana greenhouses to “pot chocolate.” Her advice for potential pot-sellers: write a business plan that covers topics like insurance, security and seed money.
