One man is dead after a fiery crash. Sgt. Terry Barnhill with Montgomery County DPS says 35-year-old Jennifer Harden Lopez was traveling the wrong way on Birnham Woods Dr., and slammed into a motorcycle.
41-year-old John McSwain was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say a passenger with Lopez was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital in The Woodlands with minor injuries. Lopez is charged with intoxicated manslaughter.
