The 24th annual Immanuel and Helen Olshan Texas Music Festival is commencing this weekend at the University of Houston. This year’s festival will feature four major presentations, celebrating the 100th anniversary of Stravinsky’s “Rite of Spring.”

I had the opportunity to guest-conduct the TMF Orchestra a few years ago.
It was “an amazing experience.”
