Kurt Mix Trial: Prosecution Begins Case Against Former BP Engineer

The prosecution has started presenting witnesses in the gulf oil spill trial in New Orleans.

An FBI agent testified some of the text messages deleted by former BP engineer Kurt Mix contained information about the company’s response to the spill. Mix if fighting obstruction of justice charges.
