(RICHMOND, TX) — Police said a Rosenberg man was arrested after being caught during a burglary at a Richmond clinic.
It happened around 10 p.m. Thursday at the Richmond Bone and Joint Clinic in the 1500 block of Thompson Highway.

According to Richmond police, a cleaning lady saw a shattered glass door. As she was going to notify her co-workers, she spotted a man walking in the hallway and called 911. The cleaning crew locked themselves inside an office until police got there.
Officers arrived and peeked through outside windows to see the suspect rummaging through offices.
They went inside and arrested the man in a kitchen area.
The suspect was identified as 52-year-old Johnie Lee Rodgers. Before Rodgers was arrested, he allegedly ransacked several offices within the building.
Rodgers was charged with burglary of a building and failure to identify.
