(HOUSTON) — Rice University is looking for a sell-out in Saturday’s baseball game to support a good cause.
Former Rice baseball player Vince Sinisi lost his premature daughter after just 19 days. Since that time, his family has worked to do everything they can to make sure no more babies are lost.
His sister, Angelica Sinisi, organizes the March of Dimes Walk, and now Rice University has agreed to help out.
Proceeds from Saturday’s 1 p.m. home finale will go to support March of Dimes in a “Baseball for Babies” fundraiser.
Tickets are only $12. You can go to RiceOwls.com and enter the promo code DIMES at checkout.
