Emmy-nominated reporter Pattie Shieh considers herself a native Houstonian. After stays in North Carolina, Mississippi, Pakistan and Taiwan, Pattie has lived in the Bayou City longer than anywhere else. With more than 2 decades of local TV news experience, this reporter has deep roots to the area. Whether it be travelling to Chicago for the World Series, the Bahamas to cover Anna Nicole Smith or chasing hurricanes, Pattie has covered the big stories affecting Houstonians.
Starting out as a videotape editor at KHOU, Pattie crossed the street to KRIV as Chief Videotape Editor. After stints as an associate producer and producer, Pattie was promoted to reporter and then anchor for the local Fox station.
While her media experience is extensive, Pattie is excited to explore the world of radio.
A graduate of the University of Houston (go Coogs!), Pattie is also an active volunteer in the community. With three busy children and a husband in the industry, Pattie couldn't give 110% without the support of her dedicated extended family.
